Simple project management for small teams

Tetheros Logo

Launched in 2022, Tetheros is a project management web application designed to help teams work more effectively together.

Kevin launched the product because he saw modern tools meant for productivity were ironically creating busywork. They were too complicated, often requiring training and administration to use properly. The name Tetheros is a combination of “Tether” and “OS”, signaling a system for bringing people together for a shared purpose.

He believed that although software solutions can’t solve cultural problems, a strong digital environment can make it easy to do the right thing.

It was initially launched to make it easy for teams to do the right thing, featuring complex features for tracking data, goals, and KPIs but was eventually redesigned to focus on offering flexible task work. The application allows users to create projects, kanban boards, checklists, and tasks inside workspaces, which function as a permission-controlled hub for team activity.

Every workspace in Tetheros has a central feed for work updates and user-generated content. The feed is an additional point for collaboration between teammates, designed for asynchronous interaction grounded in familiar social media conventions.

Tetheros provides a practical framework for visibility and control over assignments and deadlines to help teams build efficient processes for every phase or project delivery.
